I’m ready to start a project, what information do I need to provide?

For the project to go smoothly, we need the following:

  • Project description

  • Project scope

    • What materials are needed, measurements, does the art require a redesign, etc.

  • Art files, vector preferred

  • Budget

  • Completion date

How long is turn around time?

Turnaround time varies depending on the scope of the project and the other projects we have going on at the shop. Most of our work can be supplied within 48 hours, but give us a call and we’d be happy to discuss the specifics of your project.

How often are you at the shop?

We are at the shop most, if not every weekday…unless we are not; then we are most likely out on an install.

Realistically we try to be at the shop Monday thru Friday, 9am-2pm. If you have questions, call to schedule a time to meet and we’ll make it happen.
